Hooco Café

Hooco opened not long ago in Insurgentes Mixcoac, in a raw-concrete space with a neon sign visible from half a block away. There's almost always something coming out of the oven inside: croissants, cinnamon rolls, chocolate cookies stacked up in the case. On weekdays it opens at 7:30 and stays open until 9:30pm, so it works for a coffee before work just as well as a long afternoon session. The wifi is fast and the tables don't feel cramped, which isn't always true of the newer spots in the area.
